Before I got my license, I was a legal assistant in family law and real estate law. Add more than 20 years in sales, and you get a Realtor who’s comfortable when a deal gets complicated.
This work is personal, too. Real estate is how I built financial footing as a single mom after my own divorce, so I know a home is more than a transaction.
I’m not an attorney, and I’ll tell you when you need one. What I do is negotiate, solve problems and explain what’s happening in plain English, so you’re never guessing where you stand.
